Michelle Bayerle

Michelle joined Sound Wealth Management in 2023 after a brief retirement from a long career in the financial services industry. As Vice President of Administration, she oversees the firm’s day-to-day administrative operations, supports advisors and clients, and helps ensure an exceptional client experience. She enjoys being part of the financial planning process and is passionate about helping create organized, efficient systems that allow advisors to focus on serving clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Michelle brings more than 35 years of administrative experience, including 25 years in the financial services industry. Her background includes client service, financial planning support, securities trading, and office administration. She holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 securities registrations through LPL Financial, as well as Minnesota Life and Health Insurance licenses.

Outside of work, Michelle and her husband Scott enjoy spending time outdoors fishing, canoeing, kayaking, hiking and snowshoeing. She also works part-time at REI and treasures time at her log lake home in the northern Minnesota woods along the Gunflint Trail. Michelle enjoys spending time with her two grown children, their spouses, and her grandchildren. She also shares her home with two cats and a dog. In her free time, she enjoys playing darts, board and card games, reading, knitting, and cross-stitching.
